iHeart Radio Music Festival

Real-time Social Coverage

When it comes to event coverage, real-time content has it’s limitations. But we wouldn’t let time constraints stop us from creating amazing sh*t at iHeartRadio Music Festival. In only 48 hours we managed to produce multiple pieces of high-quality content, while redefining and exceeding expectations. We produced an original song and created unique, interactive influencer posts—all brought to life by our creative wrapper, Hit Shuffle.

Our team spent weeks prepping—locking down schedules, shot lists, and coverage plans. I was onsite with a small, scrappy crew, capturing everything from real-time photography and video to behind-the-scenes moments with hosts Wells Adams and Brandi Cyrus, plus surprise appearances from Ludacris and Lil Jon.

(And yes, it’s confirmed: Lil Jon does not take off his sunglasses.)

iHeart Beats

We produced a custom music track that was made from all the sounds at the iHeart Radio Music Festival. We then cut it to footage from the weekend, and got it live within 48 hours.

Shuffle recap videos

We created energetic wrap-up videos that were shot, edited, and posted each night of the festival.
